Refund, Replacement and Delivery Policy

This policy applies to all orders placed with Mobile Cafe on mobilecafe.pk, on WhatsApp, or at our shop in Azan Height, Sahiwal.

3-day replacement for faulty or wrong items

• If your item arrives faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, contact us within 3 days of delivery and we will replace it.
• Message us on WhatsApp at 0304-6885934 with your order number and a photo or short video showing the problem.
• Please keep the original box, accessories and invoice, as we need them to process the replacement.
• Requests made more than 3 days after delivery are not eligible for replacement.

Delivery

• Sahiwal: next-day delivery.
• Rest of Pakistan: 2 to 4 working days.
• A flat delivery fee of Rs 250 applies to each order and is shown at checkout.

Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan and JazzCash.
